I became a coach because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and supporting them through their challenges. My journey into coaching was sparked all of the people I have worked with, or connected with over the years, where I found immense satisfaction in helping individuals gain confidence and direction.
My values of empathy, honesty, integrity, kindness, and understanding are at the core of my coaching practice. Drawing from my experience mentoring hundreds of individuals and my proficiency in problem-solving and strategy, I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
Reflecting on my own journey of self-discovery and late diagnosis with ADHD and Autism, I'm committed to supporting neurodiverse individuals in their own self-discovery process. I understand the struggles and frustrations first-hand, and I aim to provide empathy and guidance to help them navigate these challenges.
My coaching legacy is one of being a trusted sounding board, guiding individuals to the next stage of their lives. I aspire to be remembered as someone who made a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those I coached, helping them believe in themselves, love themselves, and be kind to themselves.
For the last 20 years I had worked in Financial Technology, mostly in quality, training, product/process development, and business strategy.
I trained with the MOE Foundation in early 2024 and am a member of the Association for Coaching. I also have completed the Train the Trainer course and the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course.
Over the last two years I have completed many courses and workshops around ADHD and Autism.
My other special interests are learning to regulate your nervous system, and how late diagnosed affects neurodiverse women.
Qualification by experience;

The discovery call is very relaxed, you don’t need to prepare anything in advance.
It is helpful to have a pen and paper in case you want to make any notes or think of questions you want to ask me. And some water or other drinks to keep you comfortable.
The meeting is 30 minutes long. I will introduce myself and give you a bit of my background, and explain my coaching style and approach. You then tell me a bit about you. We will discuss what has brought you to seek coaching and what areas we could work on together.
You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have.
Each coaching session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. We begin by discussing your objectives and any challenges you're facing. Together, we explore your values, strengths, and aspirations to create a clear vision of what success looks like for you. Throughout the session, I'll ask questions to help you gain insights, challenge limiting beliefs, and explore new perspectives.
We'll work on setting SMART goals that align with your vision. We'll also develop actionable steps and strategies to help you move forward. Depending on your needs, sessions may involve skill-building exercises, reflection exercises, role-playing, or even visualisation techniques.
Importantly, each session is a safe and confidential space for you to express yourself openly and honestly. I'll provide support, encouragement, and feedback to keep you motivated and accountable for your progress. By the end of each session, you'll leave with a clearer sense of direction, renewed motivation, and a concrete plan of action to achieve your goals.
No, life coaching can encompass various aspects of your life, including career, relationships, personal development, health, and wellness. Whether you want to improve communication skills, manage stress, pursue new opportunities, or enhance overall well-being, I will tailor sessions to address your specific goals.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches are future focused, helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Currently, all my appointments are done through zoom. I will be looking into face to face appointments in the future. Please message me to enquire further.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practise. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
